Where We Are
Located on Rt. 4 on the Mount Blue Health Center on the Campus of Franklin Memorial Hospital, the Farmington Dental Health Center, established in 1997, was expanded to six operatories, and upgraded to a new fully digital facility in the summer of 2012.

Parking is in the upper level lot in the rear of the Mt. Blue Health Center building
It is handicapped accessible from the upper lot (note that there is no elevator
from the first floor to the second floor of the building)
Community Dental Farmington works closely with community partners like Franklin Memorial Hospital, Franklin Health Practices, RSU 9, Head Start, and area nursing homes, to provide patient-centered care and link people to needed health services on a timely basis.
What we can do for You
Our caring dentists and hygienists provide a range of general dentistry services. Not all services are available at each location; certain services are only available on a referral basis.
