The Biddeford Community Dental health center is located in the Robert G. Dodge Business Park on Rt 111, across from the Southern Maine Medical Center in Biddeford. There is ample parking and handicapped spaces on the right side of the building. The entrance to the dental center is in the back of the building.
• Maine Turnpike Exit #32 (no toll)
• At intersection take left onto Route 111 and remain in left hand lane.
• At 2nd traffic light take left into Robert G. Dodge Business Park & Barra Rd
• Continue on Barra Rd past Comfort Suites & Healthcare Drive
• The Biddeford Dental Health Center is in the next building on the left

The Farmington Community Dental health center is located on RT 4 in Mount Blue Health Center on the campus of Franklin Memorial Hospital. Handicapped access is through the main entrance.

• Follow RT 4 N for 33 miles to Livermore Falls
• Turn left onto Main Street and continue on RT 4 N 13 miles to Hospital Drive
• Bear left to parking at Mount Blue Health Center
• The Farmington Dental Health Center is on the first floor, Suite One

The Lewiston Community Dental health center is located on the south side of Main Street in Lewiston between Lisbon and Park Streets. Free handicapped parking is available in front of the Community Dental health center on Main Street, metered parking is on Park Street and a municipal garage is one block down at the corner of Park and Oak Streets.
Driving North on the Maine Turnpike
• Exit 75 – Auburn (no toll required)
• Turn left onto RT 202 E, RT 4 N & RT 100 N
• Follow RT 4 approx 4.5 miles to right turn onto Court Street (follow signs for Central •Maine Medical Center)
• Court St., Auburn becomes Main Street, Lewiston after crossing the Androscoggin River
• Continue 3 blocks to 177 Main Street
Driving South on the Maine Turnpike
• Exit 80 – Lewiston (no toll required)
• Follow RT 196, Lisbon Street west
• Continue on Lisbon Street to Main Street
• Right turn on Main Street and the Community Dental health center is first building

Driving from the Augusta area
• Follow RT 202 S to Lewiston
• Pass Central Maine Medical Center and continue on Main Street
• The Community Dental health center is 4 blocks down on left
• Recommend left turn onto Park Street for metered parking or municipal garage

The Portland Community Dental health center is located on Brighton Avenue (RT 25), approx 2.5 miles east of the Maine Turnpike and 2 miles West of Interstate 295. The Community Dental health center occupies the first floor of this red painted building with ample free parking in the back lot. Handicapped parking is available at the street level.
Driving South or North on the Maine Turnpike
• Exit 48 Portland/Westbrook (no toll required)
• Left at traffic light onto Riverside Street
• Left at second light onto Brighton Avenue/RT 25
• Approx. 4 miles to the Community Dental health center at 640 Brighton on right side of •the street
Driving South or North on Interstate 295
• Exit 6a or 6b for Forest Avenue west
• At 1 mile intersection (Dunkin Donuts on left corner) bear slight left onto Woodfords •Street and pass large church on left
• At second traffic light bear right onto Brighton Avenue
• The Community Dental health center is almost immediately on left

The Rumford Community Dental health center is located in the River Valley Technology Center in the business district of downtown Rumford, adjacent to the New Page Mill and directly across from the Dunkin Donuts. There is on street parking and parking further down Lowell Street in two lots on either side of the street.
Driving north from Lewiston/Auburn
• Follow Rt 4 N to Livermore
• Turn left onto Rt 108 - 22 miles to Rumford
• Turn right onto Canal Street
• At stop sign jog left onto Lowell Street
• Enter the Technology Center through main entrance
• In the lobby the Dental Center is to the left
Driving west from Farmington
• Follow Rt 2 W
• In Mexico cross the river to Rt 108, right turn
• Turn right onto Canal Street
• At stop sign jog left onto Lowell Street
• Enter the Technology Center through main entrance
• In the lobby the Dental Center is to the left
Driving east from Bethel
• Follow Rt 2 E
• In Rumford continue straight across the bridge on Rt 108
• Immediate left turn onto Canal Street
• At stop sign jog left onto Lowell Street
• Enter the Technology Center through main entrance
